Stream Circle proudly announces a solution for fully autonomous linear news channels.
An elegant solution for all types of regional and national news broadcasting.
The built-in, content-dependent story-planning module automatically generates complete rundowns for 24-hour news channels only using news media metadata and various external information sources.
Stories assembled in NRCS (Newsroom Computer System) and the media including metadata saved in MAM (Media Asset Management) are forwarded to Stream Circle’s system.
At first, these news and other records stored in Stream Circle are categorized based on priority, date of creation and other content-related metadata.
The categorized content is then used by Stream Circle’s Automated Playlist Generator where the sequences are generated according to a pre-defined rundown or entire channel structure using rules specifying content selection and ordering.
Story related graphics that are dynamically generated based on the media metadata previously received are automatically assigned to every event in the playlist. Any external data sources can be utilized during graphics creation.
Dynamically scheduled content, as well as planned live feeds, is then played by Stream Circle’s linear playout controller. Nevertheless, the operator still has full control over the playlist and can modify it according to their preferences.
Finally, an EPG data export describing the scheduled content is available as a standard feature of the complex Stream Circle automation and playout platform.
